Lisa Guida's story
Why Leap Alliance CEO Lisa Guida made a career out of irreverent solutions in the corporate world. In a time when it was even more uncommon for women to assert themselves in a professional setting, Lisa found that her respectful truth-telling, strong actions, and high-spirited results always managed to lead to a promotion or serious pay increase.
Lisa is a certified coach, and has over 25 years of professional corporate experience. This includes 20 years in Senior Management and Director roles. She has been the Director of Quality, Plant Manager (a role not often held by women), and Corporate Quality Director at a large manufacturing operation whose clients include The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, 3M and many other major brands. In her work, Lisa regularly interacted with workers on the lines and senior management, both within her own organization and those of her clients.
Lisa’s leadership helped to grow one company by 800%. She also led the success in meeting the demands of such high-level clients. Lisa loves helping companies and the professionals within them grow in fun and energizing ways.
