So Season # 3 of the Women Who Work With Men is going to down & dirty action oriented season all about Risk & The Future of Work.
Why? Because there are so many opportunities and we are going to blow past the excuses, the misguided comfort zones into being unapologetically you. Yes – yes you can do this in corporate or with your employees and your customers and do it well.
Here’s the thing is scary, that risk thing, and yet I think it’s scarier to get comfortable or even worse to convince yourself your comfortable when you are really dying to make a change.
You don’t need permission, you don’t need a title, you don’t need to be perfect. You need to start and get the tools as you need them. Just start.
So I think the place to start is to take a look at if you are speaking up – sharing your thoughts- your ideas, asking for more money, giving feedback in a way that works for all involved.
That’s where to start.
That’s what this podcast is about the Difficult conversations – the ones you try and avoid and why you must have them.
If you need some help with the how then take a look at our new course with our Unlearnings team called Difficult conversations, Hey, how do I say this…
